"cook and freeze"

Oh my gosh, the rain won't stop!
We are getting hit by the edges of the first tropical storm. It rains off and on every day now. I know we need the rain, but things are now flooding and we have flood warnings. DH's work has had leaks in the ceiling where it just poured down the walls and soaked the carpets and furniture. They had to move everything and call the carpet guy to suck it out of the carpet. Geesh, what a mess. They have two little leaks now and have buckets under them. I know the customers will love that!
Just as it had stopped and some sun was coming out, I hear this noise and look outside and it is beating down hard again.
Today was a good day to nap. I did.
Now I fixed a lasagna and also made one to freeze. DH is supposed to bring me home more cheese so I can use the rest of my stuff to make one more to freeze. I"m trying to cook a large batch of an item and then freeze a couple for later when I don't feel like cooking. I don't know what else to cook and freeze.
