I got a little sun burnt yesterday. I had on a sleeveless shirt while I was sitting by the pool with P and I didn't put any sunscreen on. It was cloudy at first but brightened up. So I have nice little red on my shoulders and a little pink on my legs and chest. It doesn't hurt so it wasn't bad. I'm hoping that if I continue to go to the pool 3-4 times a week I'll have a tan this year.
I lost 1 pound last night at weigh in. I was hoping I would lose 2 so I would have made it to the 30 pound mark, but I was one pound short. I did get to the point on the scale where it will have to be moved down another notch on the scale. I'm right on the edge. I'm so excited. 29 pounds gone! WooHoo!
Last night Tim had softball play offs. They lost the first game and won the second one. I was able to make the last one since it wasn't until 9:15. He and a few of the guys came to the house between games to eat supper. I was in a pissy mood because I couldn't reach him. I felt better after I got to the game. I had a good time sitting and chatting with a few of the girls that are there.
Tim had me wake up early this morning so we could go grocery shopping together. He didn't have to be at work until 10 today so he said he would go with me. Otherwise I probably wouldn't make it there until after lunch... We went about 9:00 this morning and got everything we needed. WD has some buy 1 get 2 free offers that they were out of. Tim made them give us a rain check. The lady asked if we wanted Charmin in place of the Angel Soft tissue since they were out. I said "no" I don't like Charmin. It is too fiberous. I love Angel Soft and White Cloud.
I am funny about some brands. Gotta have my Tide (FL has the 100 oz bottles for $4.99, got two bottles), Dawn detergent Kleenex tissues. I'm just funny like that. I know what is good and know that with some items you "have" to have the brand name.

Well, I have a roast in the crock pot, gonna put veggies in ths afternoon. I'm taking that to G&L's today for dinner. She is the one that had a baby last week. G works with Tim.
I have mexican to fix tonight for dinner. My in laws should be here about 7 or so. I'm making chicken fajitas, chicken nachos, chilli dip, and mexican rice.
Tomorrow I fix my cook off recipe to take to the cook off. After that I will drive to Bruswick to meet the rest of them for a long night on the casino boat. We will be on the boat from 7-1 am. Ugh. We will come back Sunday. I'm hoping we will get back in time for night service.
Now to straighten up a little. Get ready for company....
