"weathering the storm"
September 27, 2004~9:50 a.m.

We have been without power from about midnight until about 9:30 am. Not too bad I guess. MAinly since we slept through most of it. Of course the cable didn't work because the tv didn't work. And the water was not working since we are on a community water system. THat was the hardest part as I really wanted to take a shower. MY hair feels so nasty. But with three kids in the house now, my hair will have to wait.
