OK, so when the uncle took Gma in to the nursin g home, she cussed him out. I wish I had been there to see that. It makes a sad situation at least a little funny. She is mad as heck at him for taking her. But he told her, if you can walk across this room and feed yourself, I won't take you. She couldn't...
So they are supposed to do a 3 week evaluation and therapy thing. SO I don't think it will be long term. I certainly hope not, as she likes being in her own home. But I feel for the uncles and aunts. It is just not easy to make those decisions, but it is something that has to be done for her safety.
